Home Aquisition Program (HAP)

Everyday we run into people from our local churches that have a desire to own their own home but don’t know how to go about it. Many have saved and even have RRSP’s, others are dealing with bad financial decisions from the past and many don’t even know where to start. In October of 2005, ELOMAX launched the Home Acquisition Program. This programs primary goal is to equip and empower the individuals of our churches with the knowledge and ability to own their own home.

Our Philosophy is that as it says in Deuteronomy 15: 4, “there should be no poor among you, for in the land the LORD your God is giving you to possess as your inheritance, he will richly bless you” so our aim is to empower your whole congregation and get them to actualize their dreams of owning their own home.

ELOMAX Mortgages Inc. will partner with your church and help you to develop your own team of Real Estate Professionals which will consist of Financial Planners, Credit Counselors, Mortgage Consultants and Real Estate Agents. We will provide your congregation with the tools necessary for wealth creation. Wealth Creation is not a church thing but a Kingdom Thing.
